Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
As our services (Resume Review, LinkedIn Makeover) are initiated immediately upon order placement to ensure quick delivery, we do not accept cancellations once the order is placed and the expert has been assigned.
Refunds
We take pride in our high-quality services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please note the following:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the service within the promised timeframe (typically 24-48 hours), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Quality Issues: If you believe the quality of the work is not up to standards, please contact support within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a free revision. Refunds are generally not issued for completed work unless there is a significant deviation from the service description.
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
